We are two passionate Maori Wahine musculoskeletal Physiotherapists with over 15 years of experience in private practice. After dedicating ourselves to the community in South Auckland, accumulating knowledge and experience, we decided to take a bold step forward—to create a space where we can do more, be more, and achieve more in our community.

Hilda Lemon
Gained Valuable experience working at Tag World Cup 2013/2015, Samoa U21 Netball, Samoa Netball, Black Ferns, Counties Manukau Rugby High Performance, Rugby 7’s, Touch World Cup 2019 and Maori Touch NZ.

Injury Assessment
We provide a thorough evaluation and diagnoses on musculoskeletal injuries, assessing mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function.

Early Intervention

Exercise Prescription
We provide tailored exercise programs that address the specific needs, goals, and limitations of the individual.

Sports Massage
to support performance, recovery, and injury prevention by applying techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, compression, and stretching to specific muscle groups under strain from training or competition.

Cupping
Can be used to enhance blood flow, reduce muscle tension, relieve pain, and improve mobility as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program.

Dry Needling
this is a specialized physiotherapy technique that targets muscle trigger points, helping to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and restore normal movement.
